Refund Policy

  • Money spent on the server will be non-refundable and all donations are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any purchases made on the server.All the received money is used to pay costs and developers.
  • Think of this like a carnival: You go, pay if you want to play/improve your fun, you leave, the money remains in the carnival without possibility of refund.
  • Please inspect items carefully before purchasing them or before adding Points to your account.
  • Disputing any payments or attempting to "charge back" will result in a permanent HWID ban for your accounts.
  • If there are any issues with your payments, please contact us as soon as possible so we can quickly rectify your issue.
  • By playing the server, you agree to the terms of service and refund policy.
  • If you have any questions or enquiries about our refund policy, or any other information on our website, please contact us and we will reply promptly.

Game Policy

  • All DATA related to the game is property of the Server Owner (Accounts, Characters, Items, etc.).
  • If you found ANY ISSUE that can exploit the game (for example, free money, experience...) you are OBLIGATED to REPORT, in case of wrong use of the exploits, we reserve the right to ban the players or roll back the game data.
  • We allow you to play with free accounts as you wish if you respect the Game Rules and the Game Policy.
  • When you buy something with real money, you are doing a DONATION to the server, so we can improve the game.
  • In case of SERVICE CLOSE, we are NOT obligated to return you any of the money donated (via PayPal or any other service), but if we open a new server you can obtain extra rewards with your previous donation on this server.
  • In case of one or more RULES BREAK, we can BAN you from the service and EVEN REMOVE your account or character WITHOUT returning you the money back.
  • In the case of DATA LOSS, we have backups but we CAN NOT ENSURE that you get back everything, except for money donations.
